Deb Campo teaches standup comedy at Pullman Civic Theatre!

So… Who is She Anyway?

Growing up in Las Vegas where comedy was thriving, she had the opportunity of watching all her favorite comedians perform live, knowing one day this too would be her destiny. After studying with comedy giants Kurtis Matthews of SFCC Comedy College, Eddie Brill, booker for the Letterman show, Steve Rosenfield at the American Comedy Institute and Joy Gohring of the Oxygen Network’s Good Girls, she felt accomplished enough to take to the stage.

She has played venues across the USA from Hawaii to NYC at impressive clubs like Caroline’s in Times Square, San Jose Improv, LA’s Comedy Store, The Throckmorton Theater in Mill Valley (opening for Robin Williams and Dana Carvey) and her home club The Punchline SF where she was picked to audition for HBO and Comedy Central.

She also appeared on tv in Nick at Nite’s Funniest Mom in America 3, where she was a finalist, competing against hundreds of mom’s throughout the nation. She has also produced successful shows including “Comedy Slam at Sam’s in Tiburon California “Laughing Matters” in Sausalito as well as “Comedy Night at the Pacheco Playhouse in Novato.

Today she is content sharing her years of experience with anyone who wants to try dipping their toe into the world of Stand-Up Comedy
